Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great personnel. The hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff and receptionists I've ever encountered. The hotel was outstanding in every way. It was clean, stylish, large with wonderful service in where we had dinner. The food was excellent and well-valued, and the attentive and effective service was provided. The room itself was cosy and properly furnished. I had a great time during my visit. In the future, I plan to return for a longer stay.

:( This hotel cost us 3 times the amount of what we paid in Bangalore for a similar standard, and yet it had no window. Or to be more precise, it had a window that was so heavily frosted it may as well have been a wall. I'm disappointed a hotel in this price bracket wouldn't have a window. Beds very hard Restaurant so small some people had to wait in reception for a table to become available. Lots of mosquitoes :) Lovely, friendly staff On a quiet side street so quite peaceful for its location Nice decor and design Restaurant food was reasonably priced and tasty Good AC and fan, and powerful shower Would return.

Superb property and epitome of luxury....if you have good money with no Budget constraints then go ahead..... Food is excellent and exceptional. Beats all 5 stars I have visited till now. Staff is extremely professional and cordial. Staff is very well trained and makes every guest feel special. Thanks a million again.

I had a great experience staying at The Madras Grand! The staff are very polite and helpful. There was no problem with leaving my luggage at the reception before the check in and after the check out. The room was spacious and clean ans had all the amenities needed like towels, toiletries and hair dryer and air conditioning. Most importantly I felt safe here travelling as a solo woman :) The only downside was that the restaurant didn’t offer any vegan options. Although a few items could surely be made vegan if aren’t vegan already (like indian breads or rice). All in all I would stay here again when coming back to Chennai.

I had recently visited this place with my husband. The hotel was neat, clean and spacious. Breakfast and meal offered was with wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had splendid experience overall... Thank you!

One of the best hotel we’ve stayed in Chennai. Breakfast was good as well. Well furnished. Could have been in a better location for such exclusive hotel. Hope can extend the check in time especially for foreign tourists.
